In BLS we are passionate about a firm foundation in life and leadership. We want to see your potential released through tackling real life issues and developing a firmer platform of character in your life—working alongside others.

You will learn among other things:

• How to lead a small group
• How to work with others in leadership
• Leadership skills like time management and goal setting
• To go deeper with God personally
• To write a mission and goal statement for your life

• Value of conflict and how to deal with
• How to lead small groups
• How to set up and lead an overseas outreach
• Leading as part of a team leadership
• Identity and Christlikeness as a leader
• Vision and how to make it happen (we do a project)
• Reflection and personal growth
• Discipleship & mentoring
• Leadership by influence not by title
• Different ways of learning
