The BLS is a 9 month school run alongside the DTS. We are committed to equipping, training and releasing people with a calling to leadership to develop solid foundations in leadership and living.

So how will we train you?

We aim to give you ‘hands on’ leadership training and experience. The BLS runs alongside our Global DTS year team so you are learning as you lead, with the benefit of other more experienced leaders around you.
